Where Are They Now? — Heidi Szabo (Clayson)

Not to anyone's surprise, I have not grown any taller in 20 years.

After graduation I went to UVCC for a year, then went to the School of Radiologic Science and became a radiology technologist, then specialized through Weber State University in Ultrasound which I have now been enjoying for 16 years. I currently work at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center, and have been there for almost 19 years.

Scott Clayson (PHS '85) and I had been dating since the beginning of my senior year, dated for 3 years and got married Aug. of 1990. We lived in Provo for 2 yrs. before buying our first home in Orem. After 5 years we moved back to Provo and have been living there since. Scott is a stay at home Dad and works in drafting in his spare time.

I have four boys. Oldest is Devyn (14), Derek (11), Dalyn (8), almost 9 the end of June, and my youngest Damon just turned 6. Great kids....a lot of work, but great kids most of the time. Oh, we have 5 hamsters and a gecko too.......must include them.

Not much more to say. I work a lot, and try not to be too tired to enjoy things with my family.

It's fun to read about many of you and your accomplishments and see your beautiful families.

Hi Heidi,
Thanks for helping me and being so kind when you did the ultrasound on my gall stone a few weeks ago. I had it removed (by a surgeon you suggested) and am feeling much better. You are really good at what you do!
What a cute family!

Hi- Heidi! I think you must work with my "little" brother- Nate Clements. If you do, I'm sure you are his boss- so give him some crap. See you in June.

Hi Heidi
I've thought.of you so much over the years and all the fun we had...church, school, camp, band, choir, etc.
It'sfun to hear about you through Marianne getting her ultrasounds. She says you are cute and fun as ever. I've been hoping to see you on one of my trips to Utah, but hopefully we can meet up at the reunion. Marcia Matheson Slichta

Heidi,
I am so glad to hear about you and Scott. The last I saw was also at the Hospital, but I do not remember if was me or someone else needing help.
Your family looks great. Don't worry I did not grow either, maybe sideways, but not taller.

Hi Heidi - I have such great memories from choir and tour with you. You always were a total bundle of energy. Isn't it funny how all the energy goes to the kids? Sounds like you have really found your niche and what cute kids! Can't wait to see you!
