Where Are They Now? — Ralph Savage

After graduating I attended UVCC for a couple of quarters before serving a mission to the Virginia, Roanoke mission. Upon returning home I attended BYU and met my Texan sweetheart (Cheryl) in my singles ward. We married in June 1992 and lived in Provo raising our family until 2001. I worked for the Provo School District as a head custodian at Westridge Elementary during our time in Provo. (Yes, the Provonian prediction as most likely to become a Head Janitor came true!) Our first four children were born in Provo; Jessica (14), Dallin (12), Brant (11), and Tanner (9). In 2001, after finally finishing my degree at BYU in Facilities Management, I took a position in Wisconsin at a private college. We enjoyed our 3 years in Wisconsin and added our fifth child Miles (4). We were excited to move back to Utah in 2004 to Cedar City where we are currently, we love it here. I work for Southern Utah University as the Manager of Custodial Services.
Some of the things I remember about High School: Hard Rock Cafe t-shirts/sweatshirts, (I still haven't found the Hard Rock in Panguitch, I'll have to ask Rob McKay where it is) College sweatshirts, Banana Republic t-shirts, colored Levi's (I had a bright red pair), Lee Storm Rider denim jackets (faded of course), mullets, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Better Off Dead, A Ha, The Outfield, Tears for Fears, INXS, Boston.... Cruising in my truck with a bed full of friends (I still have the old '78 two tone Ford), water ballooning, trying all summer to sneak into EFY dances at BYU....
I look forward to seeing everyone at the reunion!

It's great to hear you are still kicking. Sounds like you have a great life. It's weird to think of us thinking into EFY and now I'm running them. I actually had to kick some young men off campus last Friday - I wonder if their names were Andy, Lance, Scott, Clark, Ralph, Peter, etc? You have a beautiful family, it's great to read about your life.
You were always so fun in high school.
I am glad you will be coming to the reunion. It will be great to see you and your family.
It's good to hear that your life is going so well.
See you in June.

That is, of course, unless Hard Rock is looking for someone to sue. In that case, Rob McKay did it.
