Where Are They Now? — Laura Hayward (Farrer)
I can't believe it's been twenty years! Are we really that old? I have to say, I haven't had much time to really ponder High School. I did pop by the classmates site two times over the years, but ... eh!
I am hoping to be at the reunion, however, I might not make it. I may be in California again for a week or so. It's been fun reading the updates of the people I remember the most. Some of my friends I hung out with are nowhere to be found. They know who they are ... and what they did.
Half way through my junior year, my parents relocated us a total of 5 blocks which landed me in a different ward, stake, school and city. I finished my Junior year at PHS and a year later graduated from Mountain View (I know, I know!)
I spent my first summer out of high school working at the point of the mountain... No not at the prison, Magic Waters water park.
I spent the following year at Ephriam's Snow College. I decided that I was giving more hair cuts than taking classes, so I went back to Provo and prepared to go to Von Curtis Academy. Instead, I met and married my future ex husband in the summer of 89.

I was blessed with a beautiful, sweet daughter, Kenzie (18) in 1990. She is very talented in Art, History and Science. She is starting college with 1/2 a semester of college out of the way... Beauty and brains... Hmm. Not much like her mom.

I was later blessed with another beautiful, baby girl, Misty (16) in 1991 (20 months later) She is talented musically and does very well in plays. Not like her mom whose only music gift is turning on the radio.

I have been doing hair out of my home for almost 16 years and am now going back to school now that my kids are older.
That's me in a nutshell.

P.S. I forgot to put this in my inital blurb, but if you look up Laura Hayward on amazon.com or KiwEpublishing.com, you'll be able to see that all that writing of poetry sort of payed off.

I must be blind... where's your post? Are you in Utah? What about your Family?
It's so good to hear from you! Drill team was great-probably the best time I had in High School.
I remember career day in Junior High -don't remember the class- but your mom came to cut your hair and I thought that was the greatest!
