Where Are They Now? — Jayson Clements

Hey - I just happened to catch an e-mail from Amy Hughes on classmates.com mentioning this site. Very cool. By the way this is Jayson Clements (my maiden name is the same). I live in Northern California just east of San Francisco in a town called Walnut Creek. I 've been here for 13 years. I work for the city of San Jose as a Fire engineer/paramedic. I received an A.S. degree from Los Medanos College in Pre hospital emergency care. I received a B.S. Degree from Chapman University in Health Sciences. My Wife Mica taught elementary school for a few years and now is a stay at home mom taking care of our 2 daughters Alyssa (7) Alexa (2). We are also expecting a baby boy in July!

I have a lot of great memories - one that jumps out happened on senior night. Sean Walker and I were going to go throw eggs at somebody- so we were getting ready to leave the parking lot and for whatever reason we had taken the eggs out of the carton and we weere holding them in our hands. Melissa Pincock (now Sean's wife) jokingly jumped out in front of our car--well Sean hit the gas not the brake and we rolled Melissa up onto the hood and windshield. She was fine we were all laughing when we realized that in the excitement of the moment we had broke several eggs that were now a mess all over Sean's car.

How about Weekends at the Palace or the Ivy tower? Tons of memories. Most of them involving me getting shot down by the ladies. Now that would be funny- a poll of all the Chicas from Provo High that I couldn't get a date with.

Hopefully my wife will be allowed to travel in late June (pregnant) - we will definitely try and make it. Looking forward to hearing from others.

The Jayman!

I'm with Jill, I didn't shoot you down. :) I was just disappointed that you finally asked me out AFTER graduation and with only a week before I moved to Virginia. I hope to make it out for the reunion. Crazy that it's been 20 years.

Jason, I don't recall you ever ASKING me out! What was up with that! I only sat by you everytime we were in alphabetical order. Last I saw you was sitting next to you at graduation. Good luck with that baby. Hope you can make it out this summer.

Jayson,

Hopefully this will retroactively boost your ego--several of us girls voted you as having "the best butt" in your football uniform. What else was there to do during football games? It sounds like you are doing great. I look forward to seeing you.

Hi Jayson! I am so glad that you're at least going to try to make it. I remember having my locker above you at Dixon and having a HUGE crush on you, at least until Allan moved in =D Nothing but good things to say about you, man. I really hope you're going to be there!! I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Jayson,

Yes, I remember those pink pants. They were my favorite. I still have them and they still fit; should I wear them to the reunion? By the way, I was a labor and delivery nurse for 14 years and delivered many babies myself. I'm sure with my skills and yours, you should be able to bring your wife.
Jayson, I just had a flash back of your pink pants myself. I can not beleive you still have those.

Jayson, talk about a flood of memories right now. Seriously. How crazy that it's been 20 years. It's so good to hear about you and your family. I'm sure you remember me and my sister, Leslie. The two sisters in the Tongan house. I remember you and Allan Ree we're chicken (yes chicken) to come anywhere near that place. You, Jason Thielen, Allan Ree and Sean Walker...the funniest guys ever! Maybe I'll see you at the reunion. Still working on coming. Even though I've never once been invited. Take care! -Julie (Jenkins) Hinton

Yeah, I'm with Sharmel, where's the photos?? I didn't know that about your mom. How old were you? I gotta say that was one of the toughest things that I've been through and I still miss her everyday. It will be great to catch up with you.

Jayson,

You may not remember me, but I was the polyester clad bakery girl that helped you compose a witty invitation for a date to a girl on an Albertsons cake.
Sounds like you are well and happy. Thanks for making me laugh. You had a great sense of humor.

Hey Jayson
Thanks for your comment. Ya, it's me from the drill team (junior year only). I got kicked off for senior year because I chose to go to youth conference. I think the last time I saw you was at Mike and Ann Parson's wedding reception. Our little boy was with us and his name is Jason. You commented what a great name but spelled wrong. Anyway, sounds like you have a great life. Hope you can make it out this week. Good luck on the new baby. Jennifer

Jayson!!! It's been such a long time! Glad to hear thigs are going so well with you. Julie said you look great, but that's no surprise right? I wish I could have been there to see everyone, but work seems to get in the way of a lot of fun these days. I have a lot of fond memories of "the gang" from franklin. We were great weren't we??
